Our March General Membership Meeting will
be on Thursday March 11, 2010. It will be held at the Golden Corral. We will
eat at 6:00 p.m. and the
meeting will start at 7:00 p.m. Our guest speaker will be Tommy Hall, from WHOA.
The Lion’s Club horse show is set for April 3, 2010. The show will
begin at 5:00 p.m. at Hyder
Burks Pavilion. Once again we will be helping with this show. Our main
fundraiser for the year is the silent auction which we will conduct at this
show. We encourage our members to donate items for bids. If you have an item(s)
you may drop it off at McWilliams Realty
I have a few reminders, mower tickets are still
available to sell or purchase. We need everyone’s help with this fundraiser. We
need to give this mower away this spring.
Also to remind everyone that their 2010
memberships are due and payable. Family memberships are $20.00 and individual
memberships are $15.00. They may be mailed to Pat Stout@ 4715 Jeremiah RoadCookeville,
TN38501.
You may also fill out the membership application the night of the show. We will
have copies of the high point rules available. Memberships must be paid then in order to receive points for
